If Super Glue gets into the eye, stay calm and do not force the eye open. Immediately rinse the eye gently with clean, lukewarm water or saline for at least 10–15 minutes, allowing tears to help loosen the glue—do not rub the eye. If the eyelids are stuck, do not pull them apart; instead, apply a warm, wet cloth to soften the adhesive and let it separate naturally. Avoid using chemicals or trying to peel off dried glue. Seek urgent medical care or go to the ER if pain, vision changes, or difficulty opening the eye persists, as eye specialists can safely remove residue and prevent damage.
